Simsim is a comeback to the origins of Shawarma, a comeback to the way it was intended to be, but improved. Shawarma is made by layering marinated strips of seasoned meat & chicken on a vertical spit (rotisserie). The meat is roasted slowly on all sides as the spit rotates in front of, or over, a flame for hours using heat. The meat is shaved off the stack with a large knife. Our Shawarma can then be eaten with our freshly baked saj wrap or in our custom bowl with vegetables and house-made sauces. Simsim was founded on the idea that every individual is outstanding and that they should always be treated in an outstanding fashion. The heart of our business is to provide our guests authentic middle-eastern cuisine in a modern and upbeat atmosphere by focusing on fresh, high-quality, chef-inspired food made from scratch.
