Chicken Maison is a family owned and operated restaurant group that began in Torrance in 2005. There are now six locations in Southern California. Behind it all is Mario Karame and his four son's Sam, Ramsey, Tarek and Omar. We are best described as being vibrant, bold and vital! Passionate about flavor in everything we do from our cooking to our decor. Our kitchen serves up the flavors of the Mediterranean, infused with olive oil and garlic. Our cooking is fresh, full flavored and unabashed.
