★★★★★ I went here today. The owner is originally from Afghanistan and a very nice guy. He assured me that all meat at his place is halal. He also showed me the cert. I got the 5pc chicken with fries and drinks. The total was 15 dollars and the quantity was more then enough for a family of 3 (2 adults, 2 kids). The quality was pretty good. ★☆☆☆☆ I asked the guy that works there if it's fully halal, and he's like I'll be honest and tells me they use the oil to fry non halal items as well. Stay away! Posted on June 18, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Nice clean restaurant. Huge menu choice. Even has several flavors of ice cream. Chicken was very good. Crispy skin but moist meat. Beef ribs were OK. Excellent value for money. Posted on July 19, 2011 |

★★★★★ Nice friendly service but the fried chicken we were given were sitting in a pan for a while. Not fresh. Price was not expensive. Neighborhood was not nice. Posted on April 2, 2011 |

★★★★☆ Good Halal fastfood. Glad to have one in this tiny state. I love their fried chicken and their shawarma isn't bad either. Very very affordable. Posted on March 23, 2009 |

★★★★★ Excellent Fried Chicken, Gyro & Ice Cream with friendly & courteous service. The brother is from Afghanistan with Zabihah menu. If anything he is not sure about halal he will point out. Everything is fresh & you smell that as soon as you enter. I went with my whole family & everyone enjoyed the delicious item of their choice. Everything is so nice that even Non-Muslims come to have the Halal taste. Would strongly recommend to Halal/Zabihah conscious people. Posted on January 7, 2009 |

★★★★★ This is an excellent restaurant, owned by an Afghani guy. The service is very good, the food is excellent, and the people are very welcoming. The only drawback is the area where it is situated, but if you don't go at 1:00am, you should be fine. Also, it's open late! Posted on June 13, 2005 |

★★★★★ Ithink Crown Fried Chicken on Broad Street is the best!!! It's better than all the other franchises that are here. I never eat off the wing tip but with Crown's chicken I eat each and everyone of them. I love the french fries too. I go there to get chicken so much that I feel embarassed. It is simply the best..... Posted on November 8, 2004 |

★★★☆☆ I have seen two of the stores , one at 145th st. and Nicholas ave., NYC and other at Flatbush ave and Nostrand ave, Brooklyn. Both carry Halal certificates. They say the beef is Halal. Can anyone verify it? bcoz, they carry plymouth beef posters, which is not Halal ! Posted on October 12, 2004 |

★★★★☆ This place is great. Yeah, fried chicken isnt the healthiest, but the fried chicken and buffalo wings are really tasty. Whats really great about this place is the people who own it. They are all really nice and friendly. The store is very clean and nicely kept. The best sweet potato pie ever:-) Prices are good too. I know its out on Broad street, but worth a trip because its hard to find good halal friend chicken. Posted on March 31, 2003 |

★★★☆☆ This is fast food restaurant. Owner is Afghani and say that only chicken is Zabihah. I have not visited myself but told by one of my friend who visited the place. They have very good fried chicken and they can make it according your taste. Hopefully I will visit soon and let you know more. Posted on November 11, 2002 |
