★★★★☆ First, I am so glad there’s a halal Malaysian/Thai option in the Tri-Valley area. Second, this place is pretty good. We ordered a variety of dishes, and all were good—to very good. If you like your food spicy, you will need to ask for it. Seating is limited and not suitable for large groups. I recommend Basil Delight. Posted on September 8, 2019
