★☆☆☆☆ This restaurant is now called Joy’s Biryani. I went there for dinner tonight and found no sign stating that it’s halal. The lady behind the counter also did not respond to my Salaam so I decided not to eat here. I called the restaurant later and again a lady answered but did not respond to my Salaam. I asked if the food is halal and she said yes but when I asked why she didn’t respond to salaam she said she didn’t hear me and cannot respond. I think that the new owners are not Muslim so I would suggest that someone first verify before just accepting their halal claim. Posted on April 26, 2023
