★★★★★ I was travelling from out of town and found reviews for this place online. OMG, the food from this place is amazing! Now, I travel all over the country and have had halal Chinese food in big cities like Dallas, San Francisco, and Chicago. And when I can't find halal, I settle for vegetarian food from a regular Chinese place. This place is better than all of them by far! I ordered the chicken with garlic sauce and also the mei fun with chicken. The garlic chicken was full of flavor without the overly salty taste...but don't worry it is salted perfectly fine and does not taste bland. I ate the whole thing and felt satisfied without and icky heavy feeling. I ordered the Mei Fun because I was in the mood to try something new. For those of you who haven't had this, it is vermicelli type rice noodles with carrots, scallions, and broccoli along with your choice of meat. Again, so much incredible flavor without any extra grease/fat or salt.
Menu is labeled at 100% zabihah halal, using 100% vegetable oil and no MSG. Open 7 days a week till 10:30pm. Friday & Saturday they are open later till 11pm.
The down side is that there are only a few tables there and is more of a take out place. They also do not deliver....but the food is soooooo worth the drive.
Out of like 60 reviews I have written here on Zabihah.com for places all over the country, this has had the BEST tasting food I have ever had. Posted on March 24, 2017
★★★★★ Finally I found a restaurant that serves Chinese food in philadelphia!!! We tried their Chicken pad thia and General Tso's beef. We loved both. We also got a spring roll for free (need coupon). They have many other dishes you can try from. This is mainly a carryout place. They have two tables if you want to dine in, but I would recommend against it as their is no AC. Posted on July 4, 2014
