★★☆☆☆ Food is poor in quality and taste. There are surely better places to get halal Indian food. Posted on October 18, 2013 |

★★★★☆ i just went here for chaat and it was alright...very liquidy (not sure if thats normal), which reduced the crunchyness and freshness feeling. I like very spicy food, so it was okay for me, but I can see how this would probably be too spicy for others. Their garlic naan was delicious!! it was pretty crowded for a monday night, so it seems like its a popular place. I appreciated that it was open till 10 pm. Posted on January 18, 2012 |

★★★★☆ Great food especially lunch buffett is awsome. The owner says he gets halal meat from Patel's. Posted on August 4, 2010 |

★★★★★ Yes, I agree the Chicken 65 is great and more spicy! Customer service was great. They brought whatever we asked for and with a good attitude and smile. My husband's friends are from the KC area, they only eat halal and reccomended this restaurant to me and my husband knowing that we only eat zabihah. They also said that if you want spicy, this is the place to go versus Kababesh Grill which is not as spicy. I really enjoyed the food and the service and atmosphere was awesome. They do not serve beef, probably because they are Hindu, but have everything else. Posted on December 31, 2006 |

★★★★★ We contacted the store where they buy thier meat. I think the store is just by Holy Land Cafe, and they slaughter halal. They confirmed that they buy meat there. So it is probably all Halal. Posted on May 29, 2005 |

★★★☆☆ I work for a company which is based in Kansas City, so I often visit there on business trips. I have been to this restaurant in Summer and their vegitarian thali was very poor. I went there last week after a Muslim co-worker said that they sell Halal. I called them and they said Halal. I only try the lamb biryani for meat. Thinking that they could only buy lamb from a Halal shop. The food was ok. I tried there Chana salan and Cut mirchi. I think the food was average compared to NY or CA standards. Unfortunately my stomach was upset next two days so I am not sure it was food or my travel burden. They are over priced too. But I think in Kansas it is a good choice, but I will try only the vegitarian stuff meat is still doubtfull. Posted on February 12, 2005 |

★★★★☆ Very friendly service - Complimentary masala tea was great. Not sure about Halal - Tried only Tanoori chicken - Quantity was great - but taste was catered to Anglo crowd - it didi not have enough spicy and found it quite bland. Next time I'll try Chicken 65 - as suggested by AFTAB Posted on May 25, 2004 |

★★★☆☆ I saw the review for this restaurant, this says it is Halal. But this restaurant is owned by non-muslims (Hindus) and the meat they serve could be partially Halal, but not 100%. Posted on August 15, 2001 |
