★★☆☆☆ The host was nice but if you're not from East Africa you won't be able to handle the sourness of the dish. 5 years ago I was there and had Somali food which was really great but I believe they change style to Ethiopian. The food is Halal but a combo dish and a regular dish cost me $48 which is a bit pricey, Probably catered towards diplomats but regular citizen like us it too much. Posted on July 12, 2011

★★★★★ What's most important about this place is that you're paying for the food and service, not the setting. The restaurent isn't beautifully decorated by any means but the warm and kind hospitality and delicous food makes up for it. It was priced fairly, not too expensive but not too cheap. There's a Masjid upstairs so you'll never have to rush to leave to catch prayers. All in all, great experience and I look forward to come back! Posted on September 11, 2009

★★★☆☆ The owners of this place are very nice and kind. It is right underneath a mosque, so you can put your order and then go pray in the mosque while they prepare it. The food is not bad but not that great though. However, some people that I was eating it with found it very good, so maybe it was just me. ★★★★☆ I went to this place with my friend, and was very pleasantly surprised with the food. Alhamdulillah, we ate very well that night. The serving sizes were very generous (especially for the price). Although the decor is a bit tacky, the warmth of the brothers in this place more than made up for that.
