NR Why is this place deemed not halal. We called ahead and asked at the restaurant and both times were told the food is halal. There are other places on this site where there is no halal sign visible, but verbal assurance is enough - why discriminate against this place? Posted on February 6, 2014

NR I think we all come to this site so we can make sure we can eat halal food. I have been to this restaurant and I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Not because food do not taste good it because I don't know if that food is halal or not. 1- Their is NO sign for "HALAL" 2- Only Verbal Confirmation we don't know where they Buy the Meat from No conformation for that. 3- It does not make scene to me when they say this Chicken is halal and the other chicken is Not . Why 2 different types of chicken how do they keep it separate. 4- Non- Muslim Owners If they are serving halal meat, they should advertise it Put it on the Window. If they don't Advertise it then At least provide the name of Halal meat supplier so we can verify from them. I personally Believe that we have more then enough Muslims in in GTA and Peel where we need to have 1 - Body who can verify if the food is Hala OR Not. Posted on March 3, 2012

★★★☆☆ I went to the Mississauga location by square one mall. The food is good, nice mix of different dishes, they have a buffet. I asked 2 different waiters if the food was halal and they both said yes but their are no halal signs posted and looks like the restaurant is owned by Hindu or sardar.
