★★★★★ We went to Roman Zaman for lunch last week, and were very impressed. It is expensive compared to most other middle eastern places, and the quantity is less as well. But, if you are just looking for a meal, there's many other places in mississauga. These guys nailed the taste, and the experience. Everything was perfectly done. The ambiance was great, service was great as well. It's a good place for occasions. I'd recommend it, but be prepared to spend a little more than usual halal places. Posted on December 26, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ After hearing a lot of good things about this place, we decided to give it a try. The decor and ambiance are very nice and classy. The wait time was about 25 minutes which was not bad. The food was very delicious and flavourful. One of our dishes had a long hair in it which they replaced for us. We had ordered two rice side orders of which they gave us none initially. When asking for them a few times we were finally given one rice. After asking the fourth time, we just gave up. They charged us full price for all the meals even when we reminded them a fifth time about the rice when asking for take home containers. The server's response was "Maybe next time". Ridiculous. As good as the food was, the customer service is really bad and ruins the whole experience. I hope they improve or they will start losing more customers. Posted on March 2, 2018 |

★★★☆☆ Classy place, very nice decorations, food is good, just a bit on the pricey side, still lots of improvements can be done on the service side Posted on October 13, 2017 |

★☆☆☆☆ Let's start with the good: great ambience but it ends right there.
Food is very expensive but not worth the taste. Considering there is so much competition out there, one has to nail down the taste which, in our opinion, was lacking. We ordered the mixed grill, mixed kibbeh, arayes and a bunch of soups. Mixed kibbeh did not have the variety as stated in the menu. The only thing decent was the mixed grill however, we had the misfortune of finding a hair in it!! Upon asking for the dish to be re-done, they only re-did the portion with the hair and returned the rest of the plate as is!! The worst part is that we still had to pay for the dish!! Needless to say, customer service was horrendous!!
Definitely not recommending this place as the food and service is not worth the money at all. Posted on December 19, 2016 |
