I complained to the owner as well, he did apologize but looks like their staff changes quite a bit and there's always a couple of guys that make it seem like they are doing us a favour. ------ Best Halal meat shop around - very neat & clean. ★★★☆☆ Salam'alikum: Hello everyone. This is my 2nd visit to this place as I live close by. The place is really nice and well kept and maintained and the meats are pretty good.. BUT there is an issue with the attitude of the servers. The guys behind the counter in the "chicken-side" (there were 2) seem to be too busy to look after the customers. We had 3 people in line.. I being the last person. The guy behind the counter looked after both people ahead of me and then continued doing what is I'm sure very important business. We waited patiently for 10 minutes but both of them kept working away at their chickens at which point I announced a little loudly they might be too busy for us and picked up a packet of kebabs and walked to the register to pay. The business lost some $$ because of this attitude and more over I shall be hesitant to recommend this place to people next time. ★★★★★ This butcher shop is unbelievable. This place looks amazing, its clean and very modern like an italian deli out in Forest Hill of Toronto. They have lots of different marinated meat/chicken choices and we always go for the freshly sliced deli meats for our weekly lunches for us and the kids. The prices of course are higher but it is worth it. They have a lot of unique items like the deli meats, and the lebanese kebobs that are frozen and packed full of flavour. Lots of free samplings of the deli meats, very friendly people behind the counter and free Moroccan tea as well! I would still go for my bigger meat purchases at my local butcher shop and this place is really for those specialty items if you dont want it to break the bank. They have lots of different marinated meat/chicken choices and the steaks are the biggest I've ever seen, I will definitely try the philly cheese steak option which look very nice.
