The menus at this restaurant clearly state that Halal food is served. They have a note on ther menu that says 'Ask us for Halal options'. This location serves non-breaded halal chicken upon request. Any menu item which contains chicken can be replaced with halal chicken. You must specify this to the staff when ordering.

★★★☆☆ Food's ok. Chicken options only. They use the Zabihah box brand. The wings were preferred when we went to dine with family. Posted on December 2, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ Not many halal options and I find the food quite bland. Posted on June 8, 2012 |

★☆☆☆☆ All three tomato sauce are haram. It contains parmesan cheese, which contains animal by-products. It's the same at all locations! The pizza, pasta all use the same tomato sauce. And there are no way for Boston pizza not to use parmesan cheese because the head office creates the blended sauces. Please repost this on all locations!! And tell ur family and friends! ★★★☆☆ They can prepare all the chicken dishes halal (except the breaded chicken. But, you need to request the halal chicken. The food is the typical bland bar food even with the addition of the boiled chicken... pretty tasteless. The pizza gives a bad name to Boston. But, it's nice to see franchises adding halal options to the menu. Posted on November 1, 2010 |

★★★★☆ All the Boston Pizza locations in the GTA are starting to offer Halal options, you have to request it while ordering and most of the chicken dishes are Halal. Our server was very helpful and was aware of the importance of cross contamination issue with the non halal foods. The food on the other hand was ok, I'd recommend only the pasta. Overall I'd rate the food 2 stars as I'm not into food without some spice but I am giving it 4 stars because I love the idea of a famous chain starting to serve Halal, maybe a higher rating will encourage others to do the same :) Posted on October 27, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Went there on a Monday night. Good atmosphere. The server helped us identify which items are halal. All chicken breast (many dishes use this) and wings are halal. Deep fried chicken items are not due to frying in the same oil as other stuff. It was good to see the staff being cognizant of cross-contamination issues. No beef items are halal.
We ordered wings in thai sauce - excellent. For main dishes, we ordered chicken parmesan (which was substituted with grilled breast) and cajun chicken rice bowl. The chicken breast was extremely succulent and flavourful - one of the best I've ever tasted. Pasta was average.
Overall an excellent experience. Wish they had some beef items also that were halal. Posted on August 25, 2010 |
