★★★★☆ Fantastic food. Perfectly cooked and just the right taste. I only put 1 less star on the rating because of the $2.50 he charges for a can of soda. Posted on July 14, 2022 |

★★★★★ Great food. Best food we had during a week long visit to Vegas. Not a great looking place but the food is what they focus on. Freshly made. Meat was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. Would definitely return Posted on March 10, 2022 |

|
★★★★★ Great place for quality Afghani food. Brothers are courteous, make everything fresh. Chicken cubes and kofta kabab are the best. A must visit. Posted on March 7, 2022 |

★★★★★ This is a no frills place but for those who value taste and quality, the restaurant is fit for a King.
Located not in the best part of town but don't judge this place by location or even how many people are seated inside. Just order any of their specials and enjoy the food. Very authentic kabobs, full of flavor and juicy... not dry like most other places end up making them. Go ahead and try their Sultani, whether beef or Chicken, they are both excellent. The Tikkas and Koofta are both well seasoned and not overdone. I would definitely recommend this to people looking for authentic flavorful food in LV. Posted on October 6, 2021 |

★★★★★ Come on guys average food? Really? I mean if you think 10.99 for two seekhs or 7.99 for one seekh of juicy yummy marinated kabob with rice salad abd bread is expensive then try and see what you get for that price in so cal.
The place is really good I'm always visiting it on my way here from so cal. Food is delicious and to me well worth the price but I suppose if you're used to some 5 dollar junk kabob place then the price night scare you away. Posted on July 13, 2016 |

★★★★★ After getting robbed multiple times in tusayan Arizona by bandits with high cost of below average food , we stumbled on this place literally 2 hours before our flight on the way to airport. Amazing food , big nice portions , lamb was soft and cooked to perfection without any unpleasant odor. Amazing food and amazing staff Posted on April 26, 2016 |

★★★★☆ Had dinner here and it was reasonable. Prices are a little high but manageable. Average food. Posted on January 27, 2016 |

★★★★★ Tried the kafta kabab. Was very tasty.
The owner is a good muslim from pakistan. Average is 10$ per person without drink
No public rest room, wash basin is available Posted on February 10, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Good food and quick service .Went with family on our recent trip to Vegas.there is not much of Afghan menu .It is more Mediterranean food.Loved it !!! Will go again!!! Posted on January 6, 2015 |

★★★★★ Went there on our trip to Vegas, got there 5 mins before closing. They were very nice and grilled up our food right away. The menu is small but has the essential kabobs one looks for in Afghan food. Fresh off the Grill food done with a smile. They do have a small naan/pita but there is rice, salad, raita as well. More than enough for a healthy meal. The two dishes we got were delicious. Would definitely go back. Posted on September 3, 2014 |

★★★★★ This restaurant had very nice food. The menu does not have too many items, but enough for you to try a few different things if you want to visit it again. Great customer service, the man at the counter was very helpful. We wanted to visit again but were unable to make it before we left. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant. ★★☆☆☆ I found the kababs in this restaraunt to be far too greasy and didn't like how they cheap out with their naan. The rice was also pretty bland. Wouldn't go back. Posted on March 27, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ No public restrooms...., food more than good... Fare price Posted on December 23, 2013 |

★★★★★ There are not too many choices in halal food but this place is the go to place for us when we are here. They have a hidden menu which includes chicken wings and few other items which we know cause we have been going here since they opened. Very consistent food and service is ok. Very reputable owner and the most mouthwatering kabobs all for cheap. Posted on November 6, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ Although this place is one of few halal restaurants in Las Vegas, I do not recommend to dine at this place. I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this restaurant. Posted on October 7, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ My sister really liked this place, so went there on her recommendation. Seems like when I came with my husband it was an off-day. The service was horrible, the man basically sat at his station reading the whole time. The food was not what I am used to as authentic Afghan dishes. It was average, but meat was on the dry side. Like I said maybe we lucked out :( Posted on August 21, 2013 |

★★★★★ I am local and try all the halaal restuarants and this is by far the most consistent in hospitality and food quality. All halaal and no Alcohol and family friendly. Come check it out. Posted on June 19, 2013 |

★★★★★ awesome food........was in vegas this weekend with my wife and came across this halal place........one of the best afghan authentic food.......quality, taste, presentation outperformed.......seating is kinda casual......... i would highly recommend this. Posted on May 25, 2013 |

★★★★★ What an awesome place and owner! It was our first time in Vegas and there is really not much halal going over Vegas, lol! The food was great tasting and fresh. In fact, in a three day trip in the middle of a trade show we went twice. I'd recommend to anyone going there looking for halal food to check this place out! Posted on March 20, 2013 |

★★★★★ This is our go to place everytime we visit Las Vegas. Full halal menu along with several vegeterian dishes. Great flavors and spices everything we tried was amazing from the gyro to the kabobs. Posted on March 4, 2013 |

NR Although food was good and the owner was taking orders. There was no place to pray and advised to go to a mosque instead.
Owner, was condescending even when trying to help. He started lecturing about praying and hospitality yet we didn't those qualities in him.
I wish him the best and I hope he keeps his opinions to himself and just serve food. Posted on December 22, 2012 |

|
★★★★☆ Food was tasty, fresh and great. Only con is it does not offer too much of selection. Half of items are wraps. But whatever is served, great taste undoubtedly. Posted on December 14, 2012 |

|
★★★★★ tasty afghan food, I had the Chicken & Beef on rice (sultani) and my wife had beef wrap with fries. Both very tasty, well cooked.
Service was good too with store manager making friendly conversation.
well worth driving out of The Strip to get decent halaal food! Posted on November 3, 2012 |

★★★☆☆ The food is good, but the owner provides awful service..he should probably stop being at the front and work only in the back..I haven't gone back since our last time bec. of his attitude. Posted on September 23, 2012 |

★★★★★ Excellent food and great service. the food was fresh and flavorful. I would go back if I am in the area. Posted on September 13, 2012 |

★★★★★ The food was fabulous. The rice, the beef and chicken sultani were well done and tasty with Afgan spice. One thing matters most to me is that it is Halal. The owner is friendly and the restaurant is cleaned . There is no public restroom but there is a place to wash your hands. Posted on August 1, 2012 |

★★★★★ I wish I can give this place more stars because it is very much deserving. After a really long flight from Chicago we had heard about all the different types of cuisines that Vegas had to offer and we saw the rave reviews of Kabob Express and decided to give this place a try. I always prefer to eat halal and the certificate behind the counter made it official. The pictures on the menu dont really do any justice it was so much more than that. There was a total of six of us and we all decided to try something different. Here are the following items we ordered including a short review of each entree
1)chicken breast kabob- this was mouthwatering and everyone loved it.
2)beef tikka-the meat was very tender and marinated just right. However if you prefer spicy let them know at the register prior to ordering your food.
3)Kofta or the ground beef was also succulent and rich with spices and marination.
4)Fish kabob was our groups favorite since it was a big portion we all shared a good amount.
5) The lamb was good but I like mine well done make sure to let them know if you prefer well done or just regular.
6) they also serve hummus and french fries which they spice up to give it a rich flavor. It was ok better than most of the places here in the midwest.
We stayed in Vegas for almost a week and because of our budget and the great food here we ordered a dozen of time during our stay. I look forward to going back to vegas although not for the casinos and all the other stuff but mainly for their good halal food at Kabobexpress. This place gets busy and I can see why, they have really great food for reasonable prices. I have to agree that if i lived there I would more likely be going to this place almost everyday. Although busy place they always took good care of us and the food was always excellent. The place is reallly quaint and clean almost reminds me of a few places back home. Posted on April 9, 2011 |

★★★★★ Clean place to eat ate . Good serving for the price . Their sultani was good and the wraps were spicy , juicy and delicious . Posted on April 3, 2011 |

★★★★★ Food was amazing, the kabobs are delicious. They make their dishes super spicey also. I was stuck in the hotel eating veg. american food. Their delivery service saved me!!! A must try. Very Reasonable PRICES!!!!!
IF you like SPICY FOOD, then ask them. It made the food taste 100 times even better!!!
Can not wait to get back to SIN CITY!!!! Posted on March 10, 2011 |

★★★★★ The food is always great and fresh and price is very reasonable. We love the service and it is a relaxing atmosphere where we are not questioned and pressured by the workers. I think they are making another one in Glendale too which will be great since it will be close Posted on March 2, 2011 |
|
|
★★★☆☆ Whoever works the cash register is not customer oriented. He was more interested sitting on his VAIO laptop than providing my husband and I with good service. We ordered the soltani platter. Beef was really dry, chicken was just ok. I have eaten plenty of Afghan dishes to know this is not authentic. Their naan should be called baby naan, really tiny. Posted on February 27, 2011 |
|
|
★★★★★ Good food, sultani is fantastic, especially the steak. The naans could be a little bigger but all in all good food & service at a reasonable price. Posted on December 22, 2010 |
|
|
★★★★★ Great place with great food. Extremely friendly service. Had the Soltani dish and it was amazing. If I am ever in the area again, will definitely go here. Price was pretty reasonable as well. Highly recommended. Posted on November 24, 2010 |

★★★★★ GREAT FOOD AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES - - Today
I live in vegas and i go to kabab korner very oftenly. Anybody who comes from other states i recommend this restaurant since the food is very tasty and at very reasonable prices. Most importantly they use %100 Halal meat and the owners are known muslims. i hope this review will help others to decide which restaurant to go to. Posted on August 27, 2010 |

|
★★★★★ Excellent food, the kabobs tasted just like the ones found back home. Great spices although not spicy. Please let them know if you prefer spicy as my wife did and she got chicken lamb combination. The food was good portions and the place had good lighting and clean. Halal certificate visible behind counter. Posted on August 12, 2010 |
|
|
★★☆☆☆ The meat, hummus and minced salad were good. The bread was horrible ( they do not have tandoori bread) and their rice was definately not Afghan. Posted on July 28, 2010 |
|
|
★★★★★ Very clean and welcoming. Also the better of the halal places in vegas, trust me Posted on March 11, 2010 |
|
|
★★★☆☆ Food was ok. the gyro was pulled out of a box and heated up. my wife's chicken kabob was dry. Posted on March 6, 2010 |

★★★★☆ First of all thanks to management of this website due to which we did not have any problem finding halal food place during our nine days trip to US. As regards to this location food and seating area were of good quality. Posted on March 4, 2010 |
|
|
★★★★☆ the chicken plates and chicken wrap were good. service was fast, but be careful and specify if you want a combo meal or just a wrap, as the guy taking your order may upgrade you to the combo whether you want it or not. didn't realize it till i added up the prices and figured it out for myself (as we didn't get a receipt). ★★★★★ Food was the best i've everrr had. Came, ordered, ate, and left satisfied lol. near airport so if you have family it's a good place to eat Posted on November 22, 2009 |

★★★★★ Came here for the first time with the family after Friday prayers following ramadan, and we have since made this into a family tradition. The place is clean, friendly and the food is unlike anything that we have ever had. Specially moving here from Michigan. Only if they had another location in the southwest part of town. Posted on October 27, 2009 |

★★★★★ Lol ThReEtChArM has no life. instead of seeing how great this restaurant this is (not to mention modern and clean) listing irrevelant things is silly. We should support our Muslim community. Idk bout him but all of my friends love this place and i will def eat here again

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible food and even worse service!! We were recently in Las Vegas and wanted to get some good Halal food. We cmae across this place and it looked decent from the outside. We were a litlte hesitant as there was no Halal sign outside of the restuarant. As we got in, we saw the halal certificate behing the counter and finally ordered our food, from their very limited menu and waited and waited and waited and waited some more. When we finally got our food (about 25 mintues later) we were VERY disappointed as the food was not what we had expected, and completely over prices for the amount of food they give you. We had ordered 4 platters, whihc only came with a small amount of unflavored rice, small amount of over cooked meat/chciken (it was over dry) and maybe 3 full bites of lettuce with dressing. We had asked the guy behind the counter for some white sause to go with the platter and we were told they dont have it; then we asked for hot sause, his response was "what is that?" The whole experience was very unwelcoming and disappointing. As we were leaving, the same guy, asked us to bring our plates to the counter! Yes, he Made us bring the plates to him. I thought we were the customer? Whatever happned to good customer service? Isn't the customer Always Right?? I would def. not recommned this place to anyone; you're better off going somewhere on the las vegas blvd. and having some fish. Posted on October 21, 2009 |

★★★★★ I was just here with the family. After a long flight we asked our taxi driver if he can take us to the best kabob restaurant in Las Vegas. driver suggested this place and said that he takes his family here. It was only a few minutes away from the Las Vegas Air Port. The rice is to die for. Definetly worth going back to this place. Posted on July 23, 2009 |

★★★★★ I really enjoyed going eating here. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Great kabobs, my sister only eats halal she really enjoyed the kofta kabob. I thought the french fries were awesome. I would have to give this place a two thumbs up...ayesha Posted on March 17, 2009 |

|
★★★☆☆ We stopped to eat at this place, very clean, nice place. No public restrooms. Food is good but if you like spicy you may not enjoy it as much. We asked if menu was all halal, was told that everything but the Gyro's were halal. There is no sign about halal on the wall or the menu. Please ask about halal before ordering. Posted on March 9, 2009 |

★★★★★ I would like to first and foremost thank zabiah for this website dedicated for muslims like my fiance and I. We travel a lot and find this website to be very helpful in choosing restaurants that cater to halal dining. We would not have found kabob express if it wasn't for this website. I loved the choices of kabobs and the service of a restaurant without the restaurant pressure. Im from Michigan and trust me there are a lot of halal places there, but this place was worth going back to. I stayed in LV with my fiance for a week and came here three times in one week. We are flying back tomorrow and we might go back there before our departure back to MI. I would also recommend Venetian hotel, great place to stay. Posted on February 18, 2009 |

|
★★★★★ The place is very clean and nicely decorated. We found it by mistake. Apparently they don't advertise? . Our meal didnt take that long and it was served fast and fresh. My wife she is extremely picky and very hard to please, and she surprisingly also enjoyed it very much. I had the fillet kabob and she had the eggplant. Both were exceptional. My wife and I have gone back twice and we will be going there more. Great place, love their concept Posted on February 17, 2009 |

★★★★☆ This was a new restaurant opened just 1 week ago. Their entries were good. Kabas & chicken are served with traditional Afghani rice & salad. Green sauce tastes good. Definitely worth a recommendation. Posted on February 16, 2009 |
