★★★★☆ I recently moved to Hyattsville and thought I would check out some local halal grocery stores and this was one of the closest to Prince George Metro area. The store is well labeled and carries a large variety of products. The raw meat was presentable and looked fresh, I have yet to cook it. There were many frozen products available although some were held past their sell by date. Overall, coming from Southern California where I have 10 halal meat stores within 15 miles of me, the pricing was quite steep, but for being one of only a few stores in this area, I was willing to pay. The store is fairly well organized and the operator was quite friendly and was always willing to guide me. The butcher area was quite clean and the staff was helpful in cutting the meat the way I asked. Posted on August 19, 2008
