HALAL SUMMARY
Islamic Society of the Washington Area has certified this establishment as offering one or more halal options. From the management: 'Aria Food & Bakery is wandering to supply its materials and stuffs from Halal distributors in Washington and California.'
★★★☆☆ The bread is pretty good. I wasn't that fond of the chicken sandwich. It was pretty dry, and they don't give a wrapper to hold the sandwich, so the food fell out into the paper bag. There are a lot of different grocery items for folks who cook Persian foods. You have to order pizza in advance... They don't like making it around 6 PM . I think The kitchen is closed by then. They say it is halal, but I didn't see any sign that said so. Posted on September 6, 2016
★★★☆☆ Nice Bakery...they got assortment of sandwiches and pizza and Iranian sweets. I asked the owner there he said meat is 'halal', seems like no one knows what's dhabiha. Any how bread is exceptional the meat in the sandwiches was dry and felt like pretty made and warmed up. The sweets especially the bamiya was just yummy. I would try out the pizza looked good and the egg plant dip with their bread would be cool also. Posted on April 15, 2016
