About 10 years ago, we had a dream: Put authentic Chinese food on American people's dinning table. It was inspired by a visit to a big restaurant in Beijing, where many foreigners enjoyed the authentic Chinese food side by side with Chinese people. When we interviewed a few American tourists, they spoke laud and clear to us: "Why we only can find General Tao Chicken, Sesame Chicken and Beef Broccoli in Chinese restaurants in America? Why you guys can't offer the Real Thing to American people"?
