★☆☆☆☆ Service was horrible...It took a long time for our food to arrive and I did not even get my water refilled. In addition, I brought in a Groupon ($40 for 4 or more people) and was quick to show it to them so there is no confusion upon payment. The waitress gladly told me to hang on to it. So, upon receiving our bill, the waitress said I could NOT use my groupon because we had ordered only 2 main dishes. Why didnt she tell me this in the first place? On top of that she charged us a 15% gratuity indicating that Groupon mandates that. I have used Groupons at other establishments and I was not charged the 15% gratuity. I am disgusted at the service and how the waitress did not even apologize for the confusing Groupon and the fact that she could have informed us of the 4 main requirement upon ordering. We ended up ordering 2 more main dishes to go so we could use the Groupon, but with 2 toddlers among us, we were not happy waiting around for our to go order. As for the food, it was good despite the meager quantity. I ordered the Extra Mixed Grill thinking I would have a nice feast, but that was far from it. The platter was a total rip off with extremely meager size portion of meat that cost $19.97 Beware of using a Groupon at this establishment and dont expect quality service. Posted on July 7, 2013
