When we opened Holzminden in 2004, we had only one goal: we did not want to offer a gastronomic snack, but to offer a healthy and tasty meal to a wide public. A wonderful atmosphere and smell of freshly baked bread spreads our genuine steinofen, the heart of the restaurant! We see ourselves in the tradition of ancient Anatolian cuisine: take the best ingredients, learn from others and always get something new. In this sense, a number of dishes have been created in recent years which you will not find in Turkey either. Still, the traditional cuisine of our home is an integral part of our menu. Of course you will also receive German dishes.
