★★★★★ Good succulent kabobs. Good price for the quality of food although may seem bit steep to some used to eating dead rabbit and being calles chicken 😂. Overall good experience will be returning in sha Allah.
Islamic center hawthorne literally behind the restaurant just walk across parking lot. Posted on May 23, 2016 |

★★★★☆ Excellent food. I just finished my Lamb Shank. It was the one of the best Lamb Shank I ever have. I will give the food 5 star and decor of the place 3 star. Posted on August 25, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ We had fried chicken, cheese burger and shawarma. The cheese burger was too spicy for our kid although it came as a part of the kid's menu. Shawarma was just OK; but the fried chicken was very good and with very good price. The best Halal fried chicken we had ever eaten in the US. Posted on January 11, 2015 |

★★★★☆ I had lunch here this afternoon. The burger was good and it was different, very unlike the traditional fast food burgers. The hummus that was served as side was ok, but I've tasted much better hummus. Service was fast and friendly and prices were fair. Posted on November 21, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Food is great, wide selection, reasonable prices. Service was not impressive when we visited this restaurant. Posted on May 3, 2012 |

★★★★☆ The meats at this place are really tender and succulent. Having said that, the price for 7 skewers with rice, salad and hummus was $45. I was not impressed with the roasted pepper hummus or the roasted garlic hummus especially for this place being called the "hummus house". I've had better hummus from the grocery store. The samosas were pretty good but also $5 for 4 little pieces. The mango lassi was not good and I would avoid it in the future. If I come back, I would only come for the meat. ★★★★☆ I ve eaten here a few times with friends. Often to serve our cravings for broasted chicken (KFC type!).
I would say the food is alright though not too specially delicious.. better than many other mediterranean places though. The hummus platter is great, the broasted chicken is delicious(though it takes time, we sometimes call in advance, also sometimes it gets a little salty).. and the kebabs are nice too. I brought some non-muslims friends here and they loved it.
The service is often friendly, accomodating. and I think the prices are reasonable .. though they increased their great prices on the fried chicken recently. Posted on October 10, 2011 |

★★★★★ I was in LA for two days for a trip. Based Zabihah's ratings, we went to this restaurant and we were really happy. The place was clean and the employees who work there( we encountered at least two of them) were really friendly. And of course....the food was REALLY good. We tried shawarma, Whole fried chicked and chicken kabaabs and they were all really good.
We liked the place so much that on my second day of trip, i drove half hour extra just to come back to this place to east something good. Both my son and my wife loved it as well. Posted on November 2, 2010 |

★★★★★ We ate here 3 times in 3 days; That in itself should tell you something. The Hummus is good, the "broasted" chicken is great and juicy, the lamb chops were very tender, the shawarma plate has a POUND of meat on it, the appetizers are amazing. To add to all that, the food is cheap, service is ok. Posted on April 20, 2010 |
