★★★★★ Guys I wanted put out some good words for this place and while Googl'ing it on the Internet, I ended up on this site. Anyways this is a new Muslim place (perhaps Indian or Arabic) that recently opened around my area and always wanted to come and check it out. Finally this weekend me and my wife took some time to go there and check it out. All I got to say is boy this is a good place. The food is fresh and very delicious. We tried their Chicken Tika, naan (it's made with flour), kebabs and couple of lamb shanks and loved it. Man I have to say this definitely a good place. All you food lover out there, you've got to go there an check it out. Good job guys!!! Posted on March 3, 2014 |

★★★★★ Food is tasty. The chicken tikka masala and chana were delicious. The rice however tasted like it was going bad. it was a hot day. maybe they had the food lying out for too long? Posted on June 1, 2016 |

★★★★☆ I went here for dinner tonight and had the chicken jalfrezi with naan. The jalfrezi did not look or taste like jalfrezi at other desi restaurants, in fact it resembled the filling of a philly sandwich. Nonetheless, it was good. The service was also friendly, though a little slow. Posted on March 11, 2015 |

★★★★★ A bit hot & spicy, but delicious and fresh. We visited this place for 2 consecutive nights for dinner on vacations. I recommend placing the order ahead since it could take 25 mins for your order to be ready. Posted on January 2, 2015 |

★★★★☆ The food, specially the grill items were really tasty and good.
Will visit again انشا الله تعالى. Posted on December 30, 2014 |

★★★★★ Loved the food, the owner was awesome, gajar halwa was nice also. I don't think I'll bring my family here (it's geared more towards young bachelors) but I'll take food home from this place. Posted on December 4, 2014 |

★★★★☆ Venue wasn't great and guy at the counter with bera in his mouth, not a good sight. Food was bit spicy but you will enjoy a truly delicious food. We have tried Behari kabob, Tandoori chicken, Chicken Tikka and naan. After a while I have found a good food. If you only going for food, not location then definitely a good place to be... ★☆☆☆☆ I went to this resturant on 2/26/14 with my 6 family members. Their food was tasteless, disappointed, giving a bad name to Lahori food. Whole night and next day we all were having stomach pain. Never recommend my friends for this poor branded food resturant. Very disappointed. Posted on February 27, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ This is one of the pathetic restaurant in my area..Ordered a Goat karahi over phone to eat there but when I went there guy have not even started preparing it...he gave the Karahi full of ginger garlic smell and half cooked meat, was irritated by their service but had no option to eat that day and ordered a chicken tikka which was fully burnt and i gave it back to him to eat..!!!
Sick fellow with beda in his mouth in the kitchen and counter, also turns off the Heater most of the time and it was 63 other day and state law says it should be 68.
I asked him for the uncooked karahi and kebob and he started to blabber as much as he can...!!!depends on ur luck!!! Posted on February 18, 2014 |

★★★★★ I LOVE LOVE LOVE this authentic desi food! I recommended this place to all my friends who live in the Baltimore area, and they have been all hooked since they have tried it. They cook the food fresh in front of you like the kababs, and the other food is piping hot ready to go. The owner Imran is also a stand-up guy and is very caring and pleasant to everyone who walks in the door.
Pricing point is great too for even college kids, you can select from chicken to beef seekh kababs, ranging from $1.99 - $2.99. Can get a full traditional meal for under 10 bucks and be full from it, which people on a budget can appreciate it. Overall the food is very tasty, I recommend the chicken tikka and their korma.
They also have nice weekend specials like paya and nihari.
MUST TRY FOR YOURSELF Posted on January 23, 2014 |

★★★★★ If you need a real taste of good Desi food, this is a must place to visit. It's a new place and serves Halal only. Was there last week with friends and the food was great. We ordered Chicken Chargha (Whole Chicken baked in Tandoor), Kebabs, goat curry and some naan. Definitely planning to come back and visit this place again. Posted on January 20, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ I am writing this review in the hopes that the owner will read it and use this constructive criticism to improve his restaurant, as I always hope our Muslim businesses will prosper and grow to serve the community better.
Detailed Review: I went to try out this new restaurant on a Saturday evening after reading a glowing article about it in The Muslim Link Newspaper. This is a small place with seating for around 10-15, very similar in decor/space to most halal restaurants that offer fast food or take out (i.e. simple, not fancy). The food is cooked behind the counter. I stood there to observe while they prepared my order. Here are the main points I noted while in the restaurant...
1. One of the cooks was serving meat with his bare hands.
2. I called ahead to place my order (most items I asked for were not even available), and when I arrived I had to wait another 15 minutes even though the place was almost empty.
3. None of the food served looked even close to the pictures I had seen in The Muslim Link Paper (i.e. much less appetizing).
4. After paying $50 for just 4 entrees, I was surprised to find that none of them come with rice, bread or a side (which is standard at every Halaal take out restaurant that I have ever been to). This would not be a problem if the servings of meat were large, or the prices were lower, or if this was a sit down establishment with table service, but none of this is the case.
5. When I expressed my surprise to the brother behind the counter he offered me a container of free white rice to satisfy me since this was my first time there (nice gesture, alhamdulillah).
I then left and took the order home. I knew the servings were small and far too expensive, but I was still optimistic that the flavor and quality of the food would make up for this, but again I was sadly disappointed...
The lamb shank ($11.99) was mostly bone with about 5 small chunks of meat at the end with a layer of cilantro covering the entire dish. I am sorry to say, the meat was dry, under cooked, and bland. It was not fresh, and tasted as if it had just been reheated.
The Chicken Tikka ($6.99 for 5 chunks) was dry, overcooked, and like the lamb, did not seem freshly cooked. Although there clearly was some seasoning to the meat, it did not seem to have been marinated, and was missing the deep flavor and color usually characteristic of this dish.
The Goat Karahi ($15.99) was under cooked (meat was chewy and did not fall off the bones), and lacked any real flavor. The sauce for this dish should be a thick consistency, with a deep red-orange color. The oil should be separating from the tomato, and a healthy amount of ginger should be included to enhance the flavor. This Karahi however was pale orange, watery, and had none of the characteristics of well cooked Karahi.
The Chicken Tikka Massala ($6.99) was probably the best of the four entrees I tried. It was fully cooked and flavorful (it is spicy though, so be aware if you do not like hot flavors). Posted on January 18, 2014 |
