★★★★☆ Tried the Mysur Masala Dosa, Chana Batura, and Mango Lassi. And, all were excellent. The dishes are made to order and very flavorful. Posted on December 31, 2013 |

★★★★★ Good small owned business that serves food of various types, i.e Indian and Chinese cuisine. Along with wonderful pastries.
The butter chicken is my favorite dish and the price for each item is not expensive at all for the quantity of food your get. Posted on November 26, 2013 |

★★★★★ I went there today, and I would totally recommend it for fast snacks or hot food, and if you have a sweet tooth! I was glad to know all meats used were zabiha halal (there was a sign on the window as well) and also the sweets do not contain any gelatin in them. The shop was incredibly clean, and the service was great. The food came out hot and fast, I ordered the butter chicken and it came with a small naan, salad, white rice, and a large serving (enough for two) of the butter chicken. I also ordered a chicken tandoori puff pastry and ate it warm in the store. For dessert I had the chocolate chip canoli, and it had sweet cream filling and crispy shell--perfect. I would definitely return! Posted on November 23, 2011 |

★★★★☆ The bakery/cafe serves primarily vegeterian food and chicken dishes that the owner informed me was from Silver Spring and halal.
We had the chaat (sev puri, dahi batata puri), butter chicken (with naan), puff patry with paneer stuffing and a mysore masala dosa. The chicken was good though a bit on the saltier side for my taste.
The cakes are gelatin free and eggless; very light. Prices were reasonable and service was prompt and corteous. We complained about the high salt content in the butter chicken and they took it graciously. We will return. Posted on November 20, 2011 |
