HALAL SUMMARY
The staff of this restaurant has verbally confirmed halal status.
★★☆☆☆ Not only is the halal status of this restaurant very questionable (NOT a Muslim owned restaurant) but they have a full bar now. The last two times I was there prior to them opening their bar the food was nothing like it was when it first opened. Posted on January 8, 2012
★★☆☆☆ Its a nice place but the entire menu is not halaal. Also they serve Hookah which is 100% haraam, i dunno if i would support such a business. Posted on February 24, 2010
★★★☆☆ The restaurant is very spacious and has ample seating for large parties. On the one day I did go, the food was a bit stale for my liking and took forever to get to our table despite several requests. However, my friends assure me that it must have been a bad day as they usually enjoy their experiences there.
The Middle eastern owner stated that he was planning to have a halal sign in the window as so many people kept asking.
The food was ok but as getting zabihah in Flint is restricted, something is better than nothing. Posted on December 26, 2007
