★★★★★ We heard about this place and decided to give it a shot for dinner! Ambiance was very nice. Food presentation and taste was even BETTER! Portions huge! We ordered nihari, keema, club sandwich and chaat. The naan were hot and fresh. And the food was some of the best true desi food we have eaten in Chicago-land. Since the previous reviewer went for buffet, they probably got the American version of the meals. Order yourself and you will not be dissapointed! Oh and having a groupon made the bill even better! :) Posted on July 30, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ Had been coming here for years for the weekend brunch. The cost was somewhere in the neighborhood of $13.99 a head but the food options and quality was good. Nihari, chicken, kababs, ect
Recently we went in only to find that they changed to a breakfast buffet. Eggs, cholay, and paya. Quite disappointed. Posted on April 9, 2016 |

★☆☆☆☆ Horrible customer service. Typical desi logic prevails here. They wouldn't serve halwa poori to dine-in customers despite it being on the menu and big signs posted on the door. They denied us, a party of 11 with the rationale that their policy changed since halwa poori apparently is too low of a ticket item to be served and can only be ordered for carry outs, failing to see the big picture that overall not only did the loose over $100 business but more importantly customers that would never return. Sigh. Posted on September 12, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ I would give zero stars if possible. Or even negative stars!! Our worst evening at dinner anywhere...
The level of rudeness of the owner/manager is appalling!! We had told him the rotis were not cooked through and the nihari was too salty to eat. We'll be okay with the rotis but please take the nihari back. He said since you have tasted it, you have to pay for it! When we questioned this statement - we wouldn't know it's too salty without tasting :) he asked us to leave and said he does not want customers like us who complain..he continued to rant and use derogatory remarks behind his screen door which we and all the other customers could clearly hear. Shocking!! 2 other customers left with us when we walked out in the middle of their meal. I guess his behavior was shocking to other people as well. Of course, we paid for everything including the nihari. Dinner and our whole evening was ruined. Food was average. I would never go back even if I was paid to go. If he is the owner, he does not deserve his business.. Posted on June 25, 2015 |

★★☆☆☆ Clean and new restaurant. Had lunch buffet which had many of their main dishes. I was surprised by the lack of taste, spice, and flavor, and this is coming from a non-desi. Everything needed improvement, from the naan to the kheer. Nice owner and staff. Posted on June 24, 2014 |

★★★★★ Best bihari kabob I've had in a long time. Chicken makni was pretty good too. This restaurant has a wonderful ambience, in which why we'll be going back. Posted on December 26, 2013 |
