One of the new flood of Afghani restaurants making waves in Dandenong's Thomas St food precint. Kebabs are cooked over a bed of charcoal brought to life by a small colourfully woven fan. The marinade flavoured meat is nicely cooked - tender but still retaining texture. It comes with a metre of delicious warm flat bread wrapped in paper and folded in four. $10 buys you a substantial amount of food. There are two shop-fronts, one for take-away and cooking, the other's brightly lit laminex tables are occupied by local Afghani and Indian families.
