★★★★★ My husband and I discovered this restaurant during our last trip to Charlotte and Alhamdulillah the food is absolutely wonderful and all of the meat is 100% halal. They get their meat from Halal International market right across the street. We personally have tried the jerk chicken, curry chicken, collard greens, fried plaintains, beans and rice, baked mac and cheese, and beef and chicken patties. All of the food is fresh and DELICOUS and the best part is that it is authentic Trini-Jamaican food. The prices are also very reasonable. The smaller size food containers are $7 and $9 for a large size, although the small was enough food to be my lunch AND dinner. The restaurant hours are Mon-Sat. 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. and 12 p.m.-6 p.m. on Sundays. They also do catering. The restaurant is located at the corner of Alblemarle Rd. and N. Sharon Amity Rd.
