Yalla Mediterranean is a new Fine Fast Casual restaurant focused on freshness, and approachability featuring a build-your-own line (Chipotle style) with kebabs grilled to order in front of you under 3 minutes on a custom conveyor grill, succulent chicken shawarma, freshly ground falafel and made from scratch in house Mediterranean spreads, sides and salads and sauces. Guests are asked to choose a style (pita wrap, salad or rice plate) and pick a favorite meat or falafel to cook to order. Then they walk down a colorful display of cold and hot sides, salads, spreads and sauces to fully customize their choices. Everything is responsibly sourced and all disposables are compostable.
