NR This place no longer exist, it's been purchased by another one, and it is called "Hot Cups", I don't know if they sell halal or not, but there was no Halal sign.

★★★★☆ The last time I went here was in 2007 so I can't say if its still halaal or not but back then they had halaal chicken and their sandwiches were some of the best I've ever had! Posted on March 30, 2010 |

★★★★★ Perhaps the best halal sandwiches in the Bay Area! Nuff said. But I love this place and it’s a usual lunch destination when I’m in Berkeley during the weekdays, although I wish I was there more often since the food is wonderful. The owner is always friendly, attentative, and it’s evident that he clearly enjoys what he’s doing. He uses the best Semmifreddi breads, fresh meats and veggies. He also offers free wireless internet, fresh coffees and teas. The mint teas are served in the traditional tea glasses – nice touch. A nice alternative to the ethnic halal foods around the UC Berkeley campus. Posted on April 26, 2008 |

★★★★★ I confirmed with the owner, and menu is all halal. You have to try the Moroccan coffee, even if you go for just that, you will be happy, after that, enjoy some Moroccan tea. The workers and owners are VERY nice. Posted on December 6, 2006 |
