★★★★☆ We ate here while wandering the Nana area in Bagkok looking for a Halaal restaurant. We found some socalled "Halaal" restaurants that served pork as well so we skipped those.
The owner confirmed it was halaal. He is Pakistani living in Bangkok for 20+ years.
The food is mostly Indian and Pakistani though they claim to serve Thai and MiddleEastern as well. There was very little Thai food on the Menu but a little bit of Middle Eastern items.
Prices are slightly more expensive compared to other restaurants we visited. For 2 people we payed about 700 baht. We ordered a Thai Curry (not on the menu) and a vegeterian curry as well as a side of rice. Some appetizers and fresh juice. The curry was very tasty accompanied with Naan bread.
Patrons are mainly tourists and a lot of Pakistanis - not sure if they are tourists or expats.
All in all not a bad place to eat. Posted on November 17, 2006
