★★★★☆ Very friendly staff and delicious food with reasonable prices.
We could not order pizza because the oven was not in order, will definitely go again.
Just one suggestion that closing at at 9 pm is too early, at least extend to 10 pm on weekend nights. Posted on June 25, 2018 |

★★★★★ Good food at excellent prices. Very clean and friendly. Posted on February 2, 2016 |

★★★★★ This is a great find. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. I ate here once while I was visiting Austin and would go here every day if i stayed longer.
The food portions are great and very tasty. The price is very reasonable. I had lamb sharwma with hummus and spinach pie and they were both great. Five stars Posted on August 8, 2014 |

★★★★☆ They have great rotisserie chicken...don't get the gyros, it's just the frozen packaged kind. At least it was like that last time. The service, is great. People are always very welcoming. Posted on March 1, 2013 |

★★★★☆ I definitely agree with the other people that the owners are very very genuine and friendly. They make you want to visit the restaurant over and over. My experience with the food was not so good though. I expected more out of this place but I will definitely give it another shot inshaAllah. Posted on July 22, 2012 |

★★★★★ Just go for it. The owners are exceptional at extending their hospitality. I have tried many different restaurants in US and the way these guys make you feel, has no other comparable. On top of their hospitality, add tasty food, extremely generous portion sizes, and low prices. In fact, I told the owner he is probably loosing money :)
The experience is worth it. Posted on May 14, 2012 |

★★★★★ This place has improved tremendously. Food rocks, and is priced very well. Grocery section has many items cheaper than the biggies on Lamar blvd. Customer service is jovial and full of respect.
Definite visit. Quick enuf for lunch. Posted on March 11, 2011 |

★★★★☆ Before I mention the food I MUST mention those who run the place. Never have we been made to feel more welcomed at a Zabihah place, the owners are genuinely nice people! The lady (who i presume is one of the owners) was very happy to hear we were from florida and welcomed us by giving us dessert free:). The young girl taking our order was also very bubbly and we shared some good laughs with her. Coming to the food, we tried the rotisserie chicken and shawarma plate. Both were good. Even though the seating area maybe a bit congested, the place is definitely worth going to. the store also boasts assorted varieties of halaal stuff. Posted on August 5, 2010 |

★★★★☆ LOVE Sarah's Mediterranean Grill. The food is awesome and the staff is so kind and welcoming. Even though the seating arrangements are a smaller than other restaurants, the food and atmosphere are totally worth it. Posted on July 4, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ The owner is very nice
The beef shawarma is very dried up meat that is not fresh
the pita bread is not fresh as well
the roasted chicken is good
fatoush & Taboule not good
Humous and Baba ghanouj were good
overall I would give them 5.5/10 not the best but not the worse Posted on September 7, 2009 |

★★★☆☆ I ordered the gyros once. I was expected real gyros but they gave me the kind that you buy frozen already and just cooked that. The rotisserie chicken is good though. Posted on August 3, 2009 |

★★★★★ A clean, friendly, and inviting place to eat. This is usually the first Halal restaurant that I take visitors to when they arrive in Austin. Posted on July 23, 2009 |

★★★★☆ I went to this place for lunch & the chicken was pre-cooked...so they just warmed it up...however, the prices of the plates are $3-6, which i consider "cheap" compare to other resturants I have been to!...After all, I liked the place & how clean it is :) Posted on January 6, 2009 |

★★★★★ One of my favorite halal stores/restaurants in Austin, it's clean, the staff is nice, owner is nice, and the food was good. Posted on October 16, 2008 |

★★★★☆ This place is very clean and the food is pretty good. I had the chicken shwarma plate which came with a little humus, a pita bread, and some salad.... and it tasted really good. I went there for lunch and and there werent many people around.
The resturant is in combination with a grocery store. Initially i wasnt too sure about the taste and quality of the food because of that, but I was proven wrong. I definately recommend this place. Posted on August 27, 2008 |

★★★★☆ I have served as the Ramadan Iftar Organizer at Manor Mosque in Austin, we have used Sarah many times during Ramadan.
They are very professional and serve good quality food.
They don't cell alcohol at their store; I am sure about this.
I know the owner personally and he is honest and nice guy to deal with. Posted on March 12, 2008 |

★★★★☆ We ate lamp kabab and shawarma. I think they were OK. The meat was tough to eat, but OK. The place is very clean though. My main problem with Sarah's is that they sell alcoholic beverages. Posted on September 29, 2007 |

|
★★★★☆ The restaurant was nice and clean ~ as was the store. However, we went on June 23 (2007) and saw a sign outside stating that they have filed to allow alcohol sales and consumption on the premsises (coming July 'o7.) I was pretty sad to hear that! :( Food is good though. Posted on June 27, 2007 |

★★★★★ Let's just get to the point, Sarah's is GREAT Mediterranean food! It is fresh, hot, authentic, and flavorful! Also, it is conveniently stated on the menu meals are Halal, so there is no confusion. Plus, while you wait for your food, you can get some shopping done in the market! Posted on April 7, 2007 |

★★★★☆ Sarah's is a casual place..you order at the counter and seat yourself. The restaurant is clean and bright, the food is fresh and presentation is quite good. I would definitely go there again. Posted on March 16, 2007 |
