★☆☆☆☆ I am very familiar with Chinese style of cooking. They use the same wok and ladle to cook food with pork and other stuff. Chinese style also use a lot of lard to cook the vegetables. There is no reason for a Muslim family to be going to a Chinese restaurant where they have pork in the dishes. So, if you are a serious Zabihah eater, do yourself a favor and go into a Chinese style kitchen and see for yourself how they cook the food. DON 'T THINK WHEN YOU ORDER SEAFOOD ONLY, IT IS OKAY! ★☆☆☆☆ I hate to admit it but China Taste really did it this time. We had the food catered from there recently and my son found a fly in the food. When we called to complain they were rude and hung up on us. I then proceeded to call FDA; turns out these guys have numerous violations. ★☆☆☆☆ I have been to this place 2 times, I was very disappointed on my second trip. I ordered orange chicken both times, and it tasted worst the 2nd time. Chicken was hard and dry like it had been fried several times. I would not recommend it, I failed to see they serve pork on my 1st trip only after I had ordered on the 2nd trip. ★★★☆☆ I called and spoke with the manager, and he assured me that they are 100% halal and was very nice. There are NO pork items on the menu, their menu's are printed with "halal chinese cuisine" in big bold yellow. Delivery time was great, i don't know how it is to eat in- never been. Price is okay for the portion size, i paid $35 for 4 items which is not bad at all. Food is pretty good too, if you want it spicy you have to let them know b/c it is mild but still tasty. They have a sign outside saying they have halal too. No point in asking becuz they dont understand. Food is nice and portions are decent too. But not sure about their method of food preparation.
