Created by celebrated Chef-Teacher Sukhi Singh, Sukhi's Gourmet Indian Cuisine was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992, following an increased demand for authentic Indian food prepared with premium, natural ingredients. According to their halal FAQ (http://www.sukhis.com/halalfaq/), Sukhi's uses machine-slaughtered halal chicken and is exploring hand-slaughtered zabihah halal options.
