Maple Lodge Farms has never forgotten its humble beginnings - family is what got us started, and family keeps us going. Bob and Jack May (the same brothers who rode with their dad in his truck long ago) are now Co-Chairmen of Maple Lodge Farms Ltd. and to this day the company is 100% family owned.
Today we employ approximately 2,200 people. We operate two processing facilities: one in Norval, Ontario and one in St. Francois, New Brunswick. Our Ontario operations also include two hatcheries, two feedmills, and a modern laboratory which supports the processing facility. Maple Lodge Farms processes 400,000 chickens each day. In fact, each week we deliver 2.5 million kilograms of poultry products around the world, exporting approximately 17,000 MT of our chicken products annually to 30 countries worldwide.
Maple Lodge uses machine-slaughtered meat in its products.
