| | ★ Worst restaurant ever been to. We had buffet last night…….cold and tasteless. No halal sign but verbal confirmation from the staff. Poor and unmannerly staff. I will definitely not visit them again. |

| | ★★★ Beware some Non-Halal restaurants intentionally purchase a small quantity of Halal Zabiha meat to obtain the proof of purchase receipt so they can produce it on inquiry/demand by a practicing Muslim. This does not mean the entire meat purchase and the meat you ordered is halal. Having said that an FYI is that Sikhs (owners are Sikh) preference of meat is "Jhatka" which obviously is not halal. I visited the place for Chaat, ended up leaving as service and chat menu is poor. Try Tandoori Nights (Delhiite owner) for chaat, it's by Markham and Lawrence |

| | ★★★★ I spoke to the owner regarding the authenticity of halal, he showed me a receipt from zabeeh halal store as proof that they purchase from there. Very friendly staff and owner. Butter chicken was somewhat bland, but he said that since majority of his customers are "white", they cater to their taste. However, the owner assured me that if you prefer something spicy and with masala, you can request it, and they make it for you fresh which I think is a good deal. Mutton curry was delicious. as were all the vegetarian dishes. They also had tandoori chicken, beef vindaloo, pani puri, gulab jamun, ice cream etc. Very cosy place, nice dim lighting & peaceful environment. |
