★★★★★ A cozy restaurant inside a Grocery Market. Food served is Persian and I have to admit it is one of the tastiest in the city of Thousand Oaks. I eat here frequently since the quality and service is pretty good. The portions are huge with alot of free sides/condiment. As I mentioned before the quality of rice, meat, and chicken is excellent. And the people are Super friendly. The only down side is the restaurant is very small since it is inside a Grocery Store. So dining in isn't much of an option. But if your on a lunch break at work or want to pick up quality Persian food to have with the family at home then Diar Restaurant is for you !!!
