| ★★ had this a whiiile back.. a couple of years ago and haven't gone back since. pizza wasn't that great.. I would rather drive the extra 10min for a quality pizza from Pizza Land on Lawrence. and the Philly Cheese Steak wad just okay. If you want good Philly Cheese Steak try the one from Quick Pita... had some at the CNE few days back and it was mouth watering! all in all I wouldn't recommend this place. |

| ★ I have to agree with my cousin Afzal (review below) Philly cheese steak sandwich is AMAZING, nothing like it anywhere in Toronto that we've found. UDATE: From a 5 star review I'm dropping to it to 1 star because I witnessed the dead mouse on the floor as well (same day as Afzal) but I wont be as nice as him as having a dead mouse on the floor is unacceptable. Now I'll have the fear of thinking I'll be biting into a sandwich with some mouse droppings or even a mouse! Who knows whats in the kitchen or store room. To the owner of this place, please do some cleaning up. |

| ★★★ Those sandwiches should come with a health warning. My cousin and I feel like we're having a heart attack after eating their mouthwatering, greasy, insanely spicy, philly cheese steak sandwich. If we were to drop right then and there, I think we'd go happy. UPDATE: My stomach is upset with me right now. Pepto Bismol upset. You would be too if you STILL ate from here after you had pointed out a clearly dead mouse to the seemingly uncaring owner. He said absolutely NOTHING about the matter. Say SOMETHING to your nervous customers! Is this a one time thing? You missed it during your monthly cleanup? Is your cheese so delicious all the neighbourhood mice rave about it? What?! We still gave this dumpy restaurant the benefit of the doubt specially after he applied a 50-Cent "Dead Mouse Discount" on $49.50. Obviously, we took it to go. At home, though it was all in my head, I kept imagining I was biting into a philly mouse steak sandwich. My mind kept asking if this is what mouse taste like? You know what they say.. Once you go rat, you don't go back! I'm dropping my rating 2 mouse..uh...stars. |

| ★ The Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cannot pay with debit unless you spend something like 15 - 20 dollars, I have never seen that before. The second time I went we literally ordre 50 dollars worth of pizzas, but was asked to pay extra for garlic sauce. Are you kidding me ? I would not go there again ! |

The owner is a nice individual and service usually is good. Therefore, I've got no complaints and I absolutely love their pizzas, philly cheese steak, and qeema pizza (or wutever its called..its simply amazing!). |

| ★ assalaam alaykum. crown has great tasting wings (which to be honest you can get at any halal meat store)... and the philly steak sandwich is not bad either. HOWEVER, this place has the WORST customer service i have ever seen. i have been in here numerous times and have only had decent service once. the other umpteen times have been horrible horrible customer experiences and the employees are not helpful, you have to track your order (hopefully it didn`t get lost or forgotten) and my biggest peeve with crown pizza is that when you are not happy with them or their service, they simply do not care. there are so many other places around with excellent service and better food. knowing what good service is, is important, therefore i do not recommend anyone to buy from here. go someplace else where they will appreciate your business. thank you. wassalaam. |

I must say it was worth it! This place is amazing. Finally a halal place where we can get good burgers, lasagna, pizza, cheese steaks, etc.
The customer service was good and didn't take anymore than 10-15 mins for my order to be ready, Alhamdulillah.
