| ★★★★ Ordered some take out from this place. Had the chicken wrap which had alot of meat in it, which was good. The beef seekh kabob wrap is very good. The keema naan is excellent. The potato salad is a little spicy, but good. Also had the mango lassi which was good. The interior decor of this place is nice and it does feel a little like "Chaat Cafe", but a little nicer. They also have a nice little waiting area with sofas in the corner. Good place to sit in or take out. |

| ★★★★ We get food from here every tuesday, so much that we know it as "Tandoori Tuesday". The Desi-wraps are great and so are the seekh kabob wraps. Potato salad is very spicy. A bit pricey, but so is everything else in San Ramon. |

I even met the dealer of Halal meat who was a Muslim and he even provided me with the certificate. I am extremely pious and so wanted to make sure about Halal meat. So I thought I will share this with all the Muslim brs and sisters. hope that helps you. and the food is excellent. The rates are absolutely reasonable compared to other restaurants. I like to rate on 3 things. Decor, food, and bathrooms.
Decor: Very nice. It was nicer when resturaunt was chat cafe. But still very nice seating, nice paint and lamps. I wouldnt be embarrassed bringing friends here.
Food: Wonderful variety! Everything from samosas to wraps to curries to tandoori stuff, to parothas. Food is good MOST of the time. Tastes very fresh. Sometimes the curries are a bit bland but most of my visits the food was excellent.
Bathrooms: Very clean and nicely decorated.
I also have an issue with them selling alcohol, but I guess we have to keep in mind that the owners arent even Muslim. They are simply offering halal food to Muslims. I think I trust them. |
