Checken/Beef Shish Kabab and Hotdog were on the Halal menu.
This place has two large rooms. One has an American fast food setting.
The other one has a traditional Turkish setting.
The food was OK and I enjoyed having traditional Turkish tea.
The onwer said they are getting a new and experienced chef for more Halal food varieties.
Hopefully it is gettiing better.
★ I think the place is running out of business. Extremely rude and poor service. I am my friends went there and waited on the door, somebody came and asked us 'What do you want?'. We were amazed and started looking at each other. I guess he realized that we were there for food (duh) and then send ok you can sit and left. Then he came back and asked what can i get? I said can we have the menu what you have? I am the menu, i am the owner, i am the cook, came back the answer. THen i told him what he had and he said a couple names and said that is all i have, its your choice. So we simply got up and left.
★ Bad service. One time I ordered kababs and they gave me lass kebab and gave me more rice... saying its okay because they gave me more rice! Pakistan House is much better.
★★★★ It's nice to be able to go out for a halal meal in our small town. The food is good, although occasionally it could be better. Needs more variety and consistency in flavor though. Overall, pretty good.
★★★★★ AWESOME. I love this place. Each time I am in Rochester...I must bring home some of the Kabobs. A little xpensive but its a small town. Should be supported by everyone. Right next door to a Halal Meat store...food is completely Halal.
