| ★★★★★ Clean place. Friendly staff who seemed the owners. it tok about 40 minutes to get our food bur everything was fresh and yummy. Chicken Behari and Beef Seehk kabab. Both were served hot, fresh and with grilled onion. I would suggest it to any for a night out, or a family dinner. Total was about $20 for two people. Going back again soon, Insh Allah

UPDATED: on Mother's day their service was pathetic and food was below average. we had to wait everytime to get Naan out on the table, eventhough, We ordered all naans TOGETHER but the waitress was only bringing out 2 at a time while we were 7 adults and 2 kids dining that night.. At the end, Owner refused to come out from the kitchen saying he is too busy to talk to us when we asked to let him know about our disappointment. You need to learn how to respect people who keep you in business. You dont last very long in this industry with this type of attitude. There are plenty of other dining places in DFW who would be more than happy to have our business and SHOW SOME RESPECT. We went to this place only because we liked the food and the serivce when we came first time. Unlike any other desi restaurant, bundu khan is much cleaner and their food is excellent .. once you try it you can tell the food is fresh and tastes authentic .. I'm gonna stop wasting my money at other desi places in town and give my business to this place ..
I would strongly encourage the management to keep up the good work and dont compromise on quality ..

| ★ My husband and arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night and they're open till 10. Our first clue something was wrong with this place- dirty tables, Styrofoam plates and cups, and flimsy plastic forks. The menu was a photocopied piece of paper that you have to fill out with quantities for what you want. My husband ordered chicken biryani for $9 and I ordered the kebab for $8. I asked her if it comes with naan, and she said it just comes on a bed of onions, and I'd have to order the naan separately, which I did for another $1. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. I suggested leaving, but my husband thought we might as well wait, and we can ignore the sorry excuse for flatware and silverware if the food is good. 35 minutes later, being completely ignored by the family of owners, we asked what was going on and they said it would just be 5 more minutes. 7 minutes later we go up to the window and ask what is going on again, and they say our order will be right out. At this point it's been nearly 45 minutes- for 3 simple items that I can cook at home from scratch in that amount of time. Finally, they brought the food out, with an attitude of course because we were being "difficult" I suppose for asking them what was going on. The biryani had 3 little pieces of chicken and was drowned in oil. It tasted extremely flavorless- except for the ridiculous amount of spice at the same time, and the grains of rice were not done well enough. My husband couldn't even eat it. I tried a bite and it was so greasy it later gave me heartburn. I only took one bite of my naan, which was covered in oil as well. It tasted ok, but I was too annoyed to eat the kebab knowing my husband wouldn't be able to eat anything after almost an hour of waiting. I decided enough was enough. We had to walk out of there, empty handed and utterly dissatisfied. I don't understand how anyone can tolerate such poor customer service. Worst restaurant experience ever. Never going back. |

| ★★★★ Place is fairly large. It could use more decor. We ordered three items, chicken boti, beef seekh kabob and chicken masala. The first 2 were excellent. The chicken masala was ordinary IMO. Pretty decent portions for the price. My only complaint is that they need warn you that the tongs used to pick the food is piping hot (I nearly burned myself trying to pick up the seekh kabob). |

| ★★ My first experience here as far as food quality was a 4 star, but I was disappointed by the overall experience when I went there recently. That day, the restaurant was near capacity in the evening; apparently, owners were not able to handle the numerous orders (wait times > 1 hr) and in fact, several parties left because of the long wait time. In addition, service left a lot to be desired because orders would arrive in piecemeal and waiters would forget what was actually ordered. The owner justifies this by saying that he makes tikkas fresh, but when the food arrived, it was of mediocre to average caliber, serving portions were small, and food was expensive compared to competition. The owner was somewhat apologetic, but really, given the inordinate wait time, should have offered some sort of discount. Will not be going back there anytime soon until owners can demonstrate they can handle large number of orders without sacrificing quality. |

| ★★ At the urging of a friend who strongly attests to the amazing food Bundu Khan serves up, I decided to go with their takeout for a party of 15 people. One of my pals placed the order and made it clear that we were hosting 15 people and asked for an assortment of chicken tikka, beef boti, chicken boti and naan. The bill came out to about $165, but with a discount it came down to $150.
While the food was indeed good (except for the overly greasy heavy naan), the quantity was very disappointing. The $150 translated into two small 12” x 8” trays of meat. One tray had about four chicken breasts, and the other had a mound of ground meat kabobs (half chicken, half beef). The naan, however, must have weighed a good 10 pounds.
We all felt jipped. Extremely jipped! It’s primarily because we had numerous assurances that the food will be more than enough for our party, but it certainly wasn’t. Not to mention that greasy bread and ground meat shouldn’t cost more per pound than lobster.
I will not be visiting the restaurant, nor will I place another order with them. The impression my compadres got was substandard as well. It’s always disappointing when a new addition to the zabiha scene in DFW turns out like this. Truly sad. |

The problem is that last 2 Items were NON existent, Yes there was no Naan and Chicken at any given time. We had to make 5-6 attempts to get some Naan and since everyone was waiting for Naan ALL THE TIME, it felt like you are in line for free food and not getting it.
If you want customers to like you, at least give them a chance to eat your food, this is the least you can do... have some food, is that too much to ask?
and yeah, management was totally aware and apologetic for all that and was heard saying numerous time that they did not expect this many people to show up, but conveniently kept charging $10 per person even though No body was actually getting any real food!!!
