 | ★★ I saw they serve alcohol on this site. I just wanted to confirm the reality of it. So I called and said "how is that you guys serve halal food and alcohol", the rep on the phone said "we don't serve alcohol, we allowed if some one brings in and we open it for them".
Being the only zabihah place in that area open after 9, I went there. I was pleased to see a halal sign in front, I ate that day food was good (bit expensive).
A day later I went with a non muslim colleague from work...he ask them if they served alcohol, they brought the menu to him...I was shocked, the guy lied to me a day earlier...My colleague realized that we don't drink so he apologized and order lassi.
we ate vegetarian food.
2 starts for not telling the TRUTH! |

 | NR How can the food be halal when they are serving alcohol!!!! zabihah.com responds: The food is halal, yet they serve alcohol for their non-Muslim customers. We clearly label restaurants that serve alcohol so that Muslims who feel uncomfortable in its presence can avoid such restaurants. |

 | ★★★ Food is good, they have Halal certificates at the entrance. The asian lady who seems to be the owner is very unfriendly, hardly returns your smile. Restrooms stink all the time. |

 | ★★★ Nice clean location, good service. Food quality and quantity needs improvement, it is not bad but little imporvement is required in both areas. |

 | ★★★ Moderate price for fast desi restaurant. Friendly service. Very busy after Iftar as place was full and tables were either not ready or in use. Karahi Gosht was served hot but too spicy even for my desi taste. The meat had too much bones & too chewy. Not a good value for the price. Best were their Naans.Drove fr. Chandler, AZ. to check them.
9/29/2008. Mashallah did not see any alcohol there. |

 | ★★★★★ I can say this is the best among halal restaurants in valley area. Food is very tasty though quantity wise its less. Specially Mutton Korma..yummy :)
We had 3-4 parties of big group here. Alhamdulillah everytime teh arrangements made are nice and food served was clean and tasty.
Probably workers need to be trained bit more!
Overall I suggest this to everyone looking for hahal restaurants |

 | ★★★★★ The food was good. Well prepared. The guy named Fasih is from Pakistan (Punjab). Chikken tikka was delicious and so was Chicken Karahi. Mango Lassi was not up to the mark though. A little pricey but if you want to have good Pakistani food in a decent ambience with good service, this is the place to be. I drive 25 miles each way to eat here on my visits to Phoenix. |

 | ★★★ This place cannot be compared to Food street in lahore. The food was nothing special. They still need to develop more I suppose since they are fairly new. Was happy to hear of a pakistani halaal restaurant but then heard they will be serving alcohol. I
would not recommend to friends. The pace is a bit pricey as well. |

 | ★★★★★ Reminds me of the food from "Food Street" in Lahore, Pakistan. They have amazing food and it is always made fresh even the "Salaan's" (Curry). They have friendly service and the food is always served hot; specially their Naan (Bread). Splendid food and a splended atmosphere. All i can say is this is the best "Desi" resturant i have been too since the last six years, when i moved to the United States. |
