| ★★ i'm not sure what it is, if they have a new cook, or a new staff change, i know owners are the same, i frequent around once a month due to location in opposite side of my home and work area, but i order same item each and everytime and it is very inconsisitent, in fact the portion was even a lot less, then last time, please get your portion sizes and quality and taste to the level it was back in 2010 and first half of 2011, nowadays, it has been a disspointment. |

| ★★★ i am repeat customer, sometimes it is very good, makes you want to return, but then they lower their standards, then you don't want to return, save the cost cutting for the tourists who come one time and go, and leave the portions satisfactory for the locals who come repeatedly, an esteemed person who comes many times and orders same 1 or 2 items knows exactly what expectations are, if you reduce amount of food on plate, do you really expect customer not to notice?..please train kitchen staff to be consistent, otherwise i'm afraid i will move on to another indian restuarant, i hope this issue of portion is rectified soon. |

| ★★ Although the restaurant is very pleasing to the eyes and set up very nicely the service is little to non existent. We waited about 25 minutes for our food to be brought out even though we had ordered 30 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. The food was over loaded with salt and way overpriced. We had ordered 12 naan bread of which we only received 8 and then about 30 minutes later, when our food was cold, we received the other 4. We decided to order 8 more naan which never came to our table. When we complained about the long wait, our naans were finally brought out but, these were ready made frozen naan bread which you buy from a grocery store. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a Pakistani restaurant and I highly recommend you don't go there. |

| NR Very bad. Owner was very disrespectful. Service was horrible and slow. I went there with my family two times and both times he failed to bring the right dish and he would charge for both. The food was terrible. It was just food that he microwaved but he took a long time to make it seem like he was making it. He wouldn't repent after making a mistake and his attitude was very bad to us. This place is a complete rip off. |

| ★ ..stopped in one afternoon for lunch after friday prayers at nearby mosque and apparently they were priortizing large orders for private parties and since mine was a single order to go..i was "shooed away"..since it would be disruptive to the chef i was told more or less..initially even after walking in, the manager would not even make eye contact or acknowdledge me as if i was not even there....yes it sounds absurd.but that is my experience..sometmes southasian people forget this is not "back home" where this kind of attitude or service can be taken for granted,..as initally i wanted to have this place cater my son's graduation function due to proximity of their location to my home also being a newer establishment i had hoped they could offer a different unique taste than what we have been accustomed to from the dominating established options in orlando.., but after this type of gesture, i made alternate arrangements and just not able to tolerate such customer disrespect. |

| NR Just tried to eat here TWICE today, and twice was told that they were not open. The first time, they said that they would be open at 7. Came back, and was then told that they were having a private party. Open sign was lit, giving the false appearance that they were serving the general public.
Our chief complaint is that they should have told us that they were NOT going to be open.
What a way for Muslims to act on Eid! We will NOT be going back! |

| ★ ..no appreciation for customers at all..just treated like a number..i had walked in to place a take out order..apparently they had a large order to deliver for some sort of function..apparently i was an "inconvieance" and pressured into ordering an item that was in midst of preparation for the private function..unbelieveable.just treated like as a customer i did not matter..just lost my families future business..cannot tolerate third class service..cannot speak about the food as i had left the premises without ordering..but you can take this for what it's worth...rating VERY POOR for service..NO RATING for food. |

| ★★ I saw a flier at the masjid advertising specials for this place. So we stopped by around 8:30pm to order a take out. I stood there a good 15 mins, waiting for the guy to take my order. There were 2 people servicing only 2 tables, yet they couldn't come and take my order. No manners, and no regard for the customer. They kept passing us, yet not once acknowledging that we're standing there waiting for our order to be taken. We left, and won't come back |

--Location: about a mile from Downtown Disney, so a great location for any tourists.
--Parking: Lots of parking space as it's in a strip mall.
--Experience: We ordered a take-out so can't comment on dine-in. The food was ready in exactly the time promised (20 minutes). Good sized portions. We ordered Beef Bihari Kabab, Daal of the day, Chicken ginger and chicken strips for our kid.
I'm from Pakistan and have eaten at a lot of pakistani restaurants in many cities in the USA and I have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of food. Everything was excellent. Even the Daal (lentels, which are usually very simple in most places and treated as a "side") was amazing, with large chunks of mango achaar, which gave it a lot of character of its own. The Naan was very good too and tasted great when reheated the next day. Two different types of chutney were packed in as well with the food. This place would give any good Pakistani eatery in Chicago/NYC a run for their money. A little on the pricey side but given the quality of the food, we are headed there again tonight.
I also saw some prayer mats lying next to the counter, and saw a customer praying Maghrib in the eating area... always a good sign.
--OVERALL: one of the best Pakistani restaurants I have been to in the USA and a must-try for anyone going for a Disney vacation. |
