| | ★★★★ Food here was very tasty. A bit pricey but well worth it. The service wasn't bad either. |

| | ★★★ Please note this place is now called Touch of India. We had the chicken tikka masala and chicken seekh Kababs (they don't serve any beef Kababs). I thought that was a little weird but is very common in NYC. Please note this place serves alcohol. |

| | ★★★★ The menu did not say that it was Halal, and I had asked the owner, and he said that they did not specifically advertise it.
I had a vegetarian friend with me as well, and they seemed to have the largest selection of vegetable food. The food is a blend of dishes from Nort India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, i.e vegetarian, meat and fish.
Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. A non-vegetarian platter, with a drink and an extra nan (comes with rice), came to $ 11.
Several options to choose from: Vegetable Platter, Veggie and Meat and Meat Only platters.
Fish is cooked fresh, and is great - considering that the owners are Bangladeshi.
Desert is limited to Gulab Jamun, Ras Malai and Kheer which is extra, i.e not included in any of the lunch platter. Fresh lassis are also served
Plenty of seating room, welll light, spacious and airy.
It is between Fashion (7th avenue) and 8th avenue (37th street). | | |
