| | ★★★★★ The food was great.. The name for this restaurant is now Zeit & Zitaar, you have to try the pineapple chicken, its a nice break from the usual shawarma and souvlaki, my advice order the platter and get a little of everything.. I agree with the fact that service is a little slow.. but worth the wait.. just do as I did and order some hummous or Fattoush if your really starving..!! |

| | ★★★★ 1. The food taste gr8
2. The service is quite slow
3. Im not very happy with the quantity, platter was filled up mostly with side orders potato/rice or salad then the main order
4. They need more staff
5. The quality of food compared to old times has level down. They've changed the rice recipe and the new one taste horrible.
Im disappointed with the level of service altogether as I go often with my husband, know the owner well. But I dont see much improvement. Though very friendly owners but saddened by the service. |

| | ★ Its unfortunate - the food and atmosphere is excellent - the service is TERRIBLE. There is no consistency with the service and taking an hour and forty five minutes for food is beyond relaxing - its annoying. Hire more staff or improve your approach to slow dining and perhaps we'll come back! |

| | ★★★★★ I have been going there consistently for a year.
Food: High quality food and delicious. A 100% better than Aladdin (which is essentially across the street).
Portions: Very large. I have never left feeling that I could have eaten another bite.
Price: Great value for money. Examples of plates I usually get: Mixed Grill plate: around $15.99, 20 Ounce Steak: around $18.99, Chicken Shawerma plate: around $11.99. All plates come with salad, rice, fries or hummus if I remember correctly.
Service: Great! I usually get served by the owners because I go there quite a lot. A 1000% better than Aladdin and any other middle eastern restaurant I have been to.
Atmosphere - its a place I would take non-Muslims! Basically set up like a regular reputable restaurant with a very calm decor.
Specials: They currently have a Ramadan special going on where you get an amazing meal including chicken shawarma, kabob, rice, fatoush salad, lentil soup, freshly made juice and a date for only 9.99. You have to try it! |

| | ★★★ If you really want to try out the best shawarma then you have to try Farhat Rest at Lawrence Ave. Toronto. Or Madina at Square One Mall. Amasi is not bad at all but they dont serve with good quanitity. For the kind of price you at Villa Madina or Farhat , you get a better deal and a very authentic touch to a the Middle Eastern Food. |
