| | ★★★★ Nice clean store, pizza tastes good too but the service is too slow we have to wait 20 minutes before our food is served. The reason we go back is we feel comfortable that they served Halal meat there not many pizzas here have that comfort level for us. |

| | ★★★★★ It is hard to find halal fast food that is inexpensive and halal beyond any doubt. Asia Pizza is such a place. Things must have changed since 'Zabiha' posted her review. There were no handsome Afghan men working there on the 10 times I've visited Asia Pizza. Rather, there there is a woman who appears to be the manager/head cook who is polite, soft spoken and wears hijab. The kitchen area has dua's (prayers) posted above the work areas. The pizzas are of high quality (far better than any halal pizza I've had and the leading pizza franchises). I've also had the bolani (a kind of roti that can be stuffed with ground beef, pumpkin, spinach or cheese) and found it to be filling and delicious. They also serve roast chicken and kebabs. Asia is a takeway with very limited seating (four or five stools facing a counter top near the front window). There is even a prayer rug just right of the counter near the naan display (they sell naan after the adjoining bakery is closed for the day). Asia is one of the GTA's hidden gems. |

| | ★★★★★ Asia Pizza is a new extension of the original Asia Bakery next door, which is an Afghan Roti making bakery that bakes and supplies big thick Afghan style naans thru-out the GTA grocery stores. Its always nice to walk in there and see wholesome bread being made right out of the oven. Tons and tons of atta bories (dough sacks) stacked all over the place. Bought their pizza a few times, its tasty pizza by take-out standards and not expensive either. Variety of handsome Afghani guys works there in case you want to do some haram flirting on the side. You are going to hell anyway for abusing your body by eating junk pizza, does'nt hurt any to do extra haram stuff on the side. |
