| | ★★★★ I have been to Munchies a few times recently. Actually, I have started to become a regular for a quick bite. It's a small place in a strip plaza (suitable for takeout only) but food is good quality and prices are quite reasonable. I've tried a lot of things on the menu but we keep going back for philly steak sandwich and poutine. Chicken souvlaki and spicy fish is also very good. I'm not a fan of their buffalo sauce (buffalo wrap, munchie chunks - too tart).
The owner is a very nice fellow and always gives you a lot of respect. You can call in advance to order. I wish the location was open later too (I think it closes at 7:30 or so most days). Best to call before going. |

In regards to what mohsenpatel said, I am guessing you had the hamburger. The reason the bun is huge is because they have this other burger called a homeburger which is like twice the size and tastes amazing. Also, the chicken chunks is a dish called munchie chucks, which taste amazing, and it sucks for you that you never got to try them. I definitely recommend this place to other people. |

| | ★ This place is a dump, located in some food court in some plaza. I had the burger where the bun was twice the size of the patty and my wife's chicken wrap tasted stale. We also ordered what we thought was chicken nuggets but instead we got chicken pieces that came in some sweet and sour tomato ketchup sauce which we didnt even try. I dont know how this place got a 5 star review, this is probably a last resort place. |
