| | ★★★★★ World Food Warehouse has it all. Grocery, Halal meat, produce, frozen items, and much more for desi, middle eastern, arab, and north African consumers. This place is huge. The store is staffed by somewhat courteous workers. I had a return and brought back some items that I had incorrectly purchased. The return process was seamless. Good customer service. I recommend. |

| | ★★★★★ So you're a Texan, want to buy fajita meat and you're a Muslim, so where do you go? Here! I thought I would have to give up on finding consistent halal meat for BBQs, but this place saved my life or at least my stomach. Essentially, it has halal everything, including turkeys and boneless, skinless chicken. The frozen section is great to find pizzas, chicken patties and after school snacks for the kids. The produce is pretty fresh and they have enough teas to fill a chuckwagon.
Yet, the prayer beads near the front of the store is what I always check out and buy when they have new ones. Supposedly they get them from Egypt or another M.E. country, so they have the best selection in town.
Worth the trip and time to support them! |

| | ★★★★★ salam,
World Food is owned and run by Muslims. We have been buying our grocerries from there for 8 months now. To my knowledge, this is one of the biggest Halal (Indo/Pak) grocerry store in Houston. As name implies, it is truely a warehouse of grocery.
In addition to grocery they have following located inside store (like walmart)
1- Resturant (Chatkhara Grill)
2- Money Transfer services
3- Area for Salat (very clean)
4- Audio/Video shop | | |
