| ★ Was visiting Houston recently and went here based on all the positive reviews. Honestly speaking, this was one of the worst halal american food places I have been too, not just in Houston, but in the entire country; and trust me, I have been to a lot of different Halal joints in the USA. The burgers are weak and tasteless. I ordered the double loaded cheeseburger, and while it is large in size, it was extremely small in the taste department. The service was horrible. The young girl or daughter who wears the hijab behind the cash is extremely rude and has tons of attitude. Not sure I would return simply on that fact alone. However, it is also the food that I did not enjoy. The fries were undercooked, so were the wings. The Kofta Kabab platter was hardly a kabab, but more like taco meat. Kofta kababs are supposed to take on some type of shape, i.e., like a seekh kabab. However, it was more like saucy ground beef curry. To make matters worse, I suffered a severe stomach ache the next morning and almost missed my early morning flight. Based on the above, I do NOT recommend this place. I make better food at home. |

| ★★★ Some great items like the Loaded Burger, Cheeseburger, and 3 Crispy Tacos. This is a pickup spot since there is no room for seating. Since this place has exploded in popularity (read: overrated!), the owners have become increasingly rude and neglect orders. Last time I went I waited over 20 minutes for our order (for party of 6). They totally forgot about us until we reminded them. Total amount of time to GET our food took 40min. LAST time going there! I don't recommend it no matter how good the food is. |

| ★★★★★ Excellent. Was always wondering why there were so many cars outside. Now I know. Been there a few times and have tried a few different things. Everything has been good. Reasonable prices, nice family owned business. Takes a little bit if time to get the food (we went next door to pray in the mosque) but well worth it. Flavourful and fresh. Cant wait to go back and try even more things on the menu. |

| ★★★★ I'll give them a 5 for the burgers but they lose a point for poor service and limited seating. My husband and I went there for Iftar one night. We got there 30 minutes early and right before they got a huge rush of people. We patiently waited for our food and when people who came after us started getting theirs we went up to ask. They forgot our order! So we waited another 10 minutes for our food, well after Iftar time. The burgers are amazing but service can be improved. Perhaps in normal non-Ramadan circumstances they don't forget orders. Also it's very cramped in there. It's definitely a hole in the wall with great burgers. |

| ★★★★★ We were visiting Houston and staying in the Med Center Area for, and saw the good reviews on here and decided to stop by. We ended up eating here two times. The grilled chicken buffalo burger was amazing. Fries were fresh and well seasoned. The chicken quesadilla was good, but not great. I wish it had more of a kick. Overall it was good food, nice people. |

| ★★★★ After reading review here, I decided to give a try. We bought loaded cheeseburger, beef shawarma, kofta kabab. Unlike people suggested the loaded burger and kofta kabab, I have seen nothing special about these. It was 7/10 scale. Loaded burger had lot of stuff in it including egg omelette. Pretty filling. But, the beef shawarma is 10/10. Everyone has to try this. It is the best ever, better than Fadi's shawarma. It is a little pricy though just for one shawarma, we paid like $8. We paid another $9 for loaded burger. Inside is not fabolous, not a place to enjoy with your loved one. Given the location, I expect prices to be a little lower, like $5.5 for Shawarma. Still I give 4 stars for the best Shawarma ever |

| ★★★★★ The items that I have tried that are all 5 stars are the BBQ burger, loaded burger, mango habanero !, their honey bbq wings, chicken and beef shawarmas are THE BEST (better than Phoenicia's by far), and Philly cheese steak. Everything has been ridiculously good..and other restaurants better watch out
It's going to take some time to try everything on the menu (there are ALOT of items) as well as the special of the days. I did not know of this place since I usually see the SW section on this page. |

SO im very grateful for m&M...everytime I cone to houston it is at the top of my list of places to visit. The food is delicious and affordable and staff is so friendly, and its right next door to the masjid.
