| ★ This is a Hyderabadi cuisine restaurant. The issue I have is their seekh kababs, Bihari kababs are not the same as in Pakistani or North Indian restaurant. Their parathas are literally home made roti with some oil on it. Since they use all the same names of dishes as a traditional Pakistani restaurant, I was really pissed off with the low quality of food and parathas. The seekh kababs and bihari boti were so tough that I had to use knife to break them. May be restaurant owner should eat at some Pakistani restaurant and taste their seekh kababs and Bihari boti and make some changes to his recipe or change name of his dishes to Hyderabadi kababs or tough kababs. Also paratha was a joke also. |
