| NR Raw chicken, poor service and just average experience. We have been there several times, however this time everything was either average or poor. Showed the waitress the Raw chicken yet she did not believe until i broke in to two halves. That was our last visit to faizan. |

| ★★★★★ One of the best Zabiha burger places in Chicago land. We used to go to Tahoora and Hot N Spicy (closed) for burgers. But burgers are far superior here. I had Bulls Eye burger and wife had a Chicken sandwich. Burger was quite big and juicy. Kid's Pack included chicken nuggets, fries and juice. All three plus extra order of fries for under $20!! Service was great. Server encouraged to order quickly as a group of 10+ teenagers was about to order which would have added extra 15 minutes. Food arrived within 20 minutes which is reasonable. Definitely be back to try a different burger. |

| ★★★★★ Burger Affecianados rejoice!!! Finally, a zabihah halal joint that got it right! As we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and seated promptly. We ordered Swiss Mushroom Burger and Jalapeno burger, both with garlic butter fries and kids meal. Oh My Allah!!!!!! Bun was buttered and toasted, burger patties were nice size, juicy and really fresh... Mushrooms were fantastic!!!! And the garlic butter fries were absolutely scrumptious!!! We were hungry, an were surprised how quickly out food came out! I couldn't believe how fabulous chicken tenders were!!!! They were freshly prepared, and finally they weren't boxed chicken tenders majority halal restaurants serve.
I wish wish wish I lived in the suburbs, so I could eat at Faizaan all the time! $4.97 for burgers, and $5.97 for specialty sandwiches is vet reasonable. Server Suzie was super friendly and very helpful. I will definately recommend this place to anyone who craves good ol' American burger and fries fix! |

| ★ We reached Faizaan Gourmet Grill after reading all the rave reviews about its food and craving for good burgers, it was six thirty in the evening. We ordered four burgers in total and sat down hoping they will be served in about ten minutes being the only customers in the restaurant at that time. Around seven pm more people started coming in and still no sign of our food. Finally around seven twenty five when I was almost out the door frustrated, the food came. Did I forget to mention it was a take out.. and I had to wait 50 minutes for a takeout order. Now about the burgers - start with Bulls eye burger - a cheese burger with a lot of Barbeque sauce. The Jalapeno burger was a cheese burger with four jalapeno pieces on top. I can't believe we had to wait 50 minutes for this. The beef patties were dry and no choice of dressing, and lastly, vey expensive. I don't think I am going back again. |

| NR Finally a restaurant serving American style burgers and sides. The Bulls Eye burger is excellent and huge - almost a meal itself. The Philly cheesesteak was ok. Fries were ok but we had takeout so they probably would taste better if we had them sooner.
As others have mentioned, your order is made fresh. Call ahead or wait a bit but worth it I think. Decor is so so but then again so is for most halal / desi restaurants. But it is family friendly joint and the staff was very friendly.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant. |

They also have tasty grilled chicken burgers that can be prepared the same way as the beef burgers and provide a slightly healthier alternative. If you want faster service, you can also call ahead to start your order because everything is made fresh on demand. |

I knew that this was a quality place when they asked us if we wanted our burger done well/medium/rare. Every other place just slaps a premade burger on the grill and chars it. The Angry Bullseye burger came with a delicious spicy sauce and onion rings on the burger - that's the kind of thing that zabihah eaters have been dreaming about while watching Food Network. I'd have to disagree with the decor being "horrible," it's exactly what you would expect from a Chili's or Applebees. |

-place is hard to find, so call them up
-the place is not fast food, everything is fresh, so if you are in a rush call ahead, their good about that
-the place has a nice environment use it, the food tastes way better when you dine in.
-if you choose to have takeout, be quick to eat it.
I wish them the best and hopefully they open one up in Chicago near UIC
