★★★★★  I was at this place about six months ago. The ownership had changed and no longer was the Bangladeshi guys. But it was a nice Caribbean gentleman who was extremely nice and told us the meat is still halal, still ordered from the same seller, and he showed us the halal certificate and was about to show us the actual meat receipt. The bangladeshi gentleman we saw later working in the kitchen is the father-in-law of one of the former owners. The Caribbean owner also opened a Peruvian restaurant in part of the old restaurant area. In the past, we had a wedding party here with about 60 guests

★★★★  Muslim bangladeshi brother is running the place. lot of food to choose from. weekend and dinner buffet is a little costly 12.95+ soda + tips.

Place to pray, infact the owner will lead/join the salah with you :)

Ask for indian food and it will be made on request.
including biryani, nan, kabab etc etc

Easy acess, plenty of parking, close to corona masjid (7-8 miles) i think

Fruit, desert is plenty.
kids eat free (mine is < 2 yrs old).
Hall for parties and large groups.

Best thing is its 100% halal chicken, seafood, beef, lamb

eat till you drop : )

★★★  The food was good (not great, but good). They have Halal chicken, they only have chicken. I will come back if in the area. The service was outstanding considering it's a buffet.

★★★  People were friendly, but The freshness of the food was definately a concern. The Mongolian bar b q was the highligt of the buffet, and perhaps that was a 3.5, but everyhing else was under par. I'm not in a hurry to go back

★★★★★  Usually I do not visit buffet style restaurants due to the average cleanliness and service. However, King Buffet exceeded my expectations in every way. I dined at King yesterday night for iftar and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is clean and polished, the buffet tables are neat and tidy, and their service is impeccable. The Indian (I believe owner or manager) who served us the fresh tandoori naan bread was extremely courteous and helpful. The selection was fantastic, combining Indian and Asian cuisines is a revelation. I came with a group of three and understand if they need to charge gratuity for larger groups as their service needs to be multiplied. I also understand where they are coming from, being a former waiter at a middle eastern restaurants that our fellow brothers can be stingy. Therefore, for large groups, gratuity is acceptable. Their prices are fair and even perhaps underpriced. I definitely recommend King Buffet to everyone who enjoys food, especially during Ramadan.

I went to this place Once with my family and spent a hundred dollars on the buffet.. gave tip of 15 dollars and was on my way. Food was alright. Some foods were stale and the burgers in the mongolian buffet were outright nasty.

Went back a month later again with some friends and again spent over 100 dollars in the buffet.. only went again to support the muslim buffet and spoke with the manager about some of the food concerns.. this time they bring me the bill plus they went out of their way to add a gratuity charge to their bill as well. Needless to say that was the last time I went there. If you are that desperate that you have to add a gratuity charge to a bill then such a place has no room to ever improve quality of food in my honest opinion.

★★★★★  I visit there with some frequency, the food is great, very fresh. There's a Mongolian BBQ station where they cook the food in front of you. The staff was friendly, and the Indian food was great! They brought out Naan to my table. I can't wait to go back.

★★  Very big place, lot of items.
But the food tasted stale =(
They do have a Mongolian Grill, where they will prepare fresh food in front of you. Even that was not good.
You do have a choice of fruits, but again not fresh.

★★  I was impressed by the variety of Chinese, Mongolian,Japanese and other oriental food laid out as buffet. What I was not impressed was by is the taste and freshness. The taste was watered down and not really distinct and the food didnt seem freshly cooked.

★★★★  Its the biggest halal Chinese buffet i have ever visited. One of management person took me in the kitchen to show that they have zabihah halal food.

The food is oretty good. Thers one section where you can select the raw food and have a chef cook it for you. Ambiance wise pretty good, if you like chinese, you will like the place, enjoy!!!!

★★★  The best item to have is the Mongolian BBQ make-your-own plate. This is the only place I know of that offers Halal in this type of dish.

★★★  I Went there the other day. It is a big place. The food was all right nothig to jump up and down about. I would not make a special trip there. If I want to eat Chinese food I much rather drive to Ma's in Anaheim.
