| | ★★★★ Jom Malaysia location is good location. Near the busy GINZA shopping area. Near to the train station. The cooks are Malaysian, whom i spoke with them in Malays, what else. JM has several set breakfast / lunch to choose from. Dinner is ala-carte. Price is reasonable to Japanese standard. To look out for JM, first locate GINZA 5 - a single storey of shop; and go to the basement where most of the eating places are located. |

| | ★★★★ they serve malaysian cuisine, like roti canai, penang laksa, nasi lemak etc. it stated in the menu that they DO serve halal food. hmmm... but they do serve alcohol though.... just ate there yesterday. the food was good, considering the curries was kinda SPICY for an average japanese tongue. the veggie dishes was kinda salty. Perhaps from the light soya sauce they used. the only problem i had was the teh tarik. it's more like teh-c (milk tea). but hey! can't complain, as least there's teh tarik in japan and do the tarik in front of your table!
PLUS, the waitress working there, wears a baju kurung and can converse a little in Malay! how fab is that?! kawaii-ne! |
